Job summary

Veradigm in Pune, India (Hybrid) is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to streamline the interview process and support our growing recruiting team. You will coordinate interviews across time zones, partner with recruiters and HR, and ensure candidate communications are professional and timely.

Responsibilities include maintaining Workday data, assisting with postings and onboarding, and tracking recruiting metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday or similar preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
