Job summary

FlytBase, based in Pune, India, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition expert to source, screen, and engage candidates with AI-driven methods. You will own the end-to-end hiring loop for tech and business roles, build talent communities, and run campus drives and hackathons to accelerate pipelines.

You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams, shaping FlytBase's culture while delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Experience hiring across technical and business roles.
• Strong data organization for tracking pipelines and outcomes.
• Ability to create engaging content and campaigns to attract interns and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Attract & Engage Talent: create content, campaigns, and outreach to showcase FlytBase as a great place to work.
• Run the Hiring Loop: own sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure for both tech and business roles.
• Build Communities & Events: coordinate meetups, campus drives, and hackathons to feed hiring pipelines.
• Operate with high agency: test bold ideas and move quickly without heavy approvals.

What You'll Own

• Attract & Engage Talent: Create content, campaigns, and outreach that show what it’s like to build at FlytBase. Contribute to our Life at FlytBase channels and build inbound interest through authentic storytelling.
• Run the Hiring Loop: Own sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure for both tech and business roles. Run your pipeline like a system with speed, clarity, and a great candidate experience.
• Build Communities & Events: Coordinate developer meetups, campus drives, and hackathons that connect FlytBase with high-agency builders. Turn events into hiring pipelines.
• Open Playground: Operate in a permission-less environment. If you believe something will attract the right kind of talent, do it. From hosting Pune’s largest dev meetup to painting a hiring graffiti wall, bring your wild ideas, test fast, and make things happen.
