Job summary

SkillLabs in Gurugram, India is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling while maintaining recruitment records.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and coordination skills, with interest in HR or talent acquisition. BBA, B.Com, BA or similar graduates are preferred, and you'll gain hands-on experience in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and maintaining recruitment records.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
