Job summary

Multiplier AI Limited is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment operations. You will source high-caliber talent, manage applicant pipelines, coordinate assessments, and maintain efficient hiring workflows in Zoho Recruit.

You will work with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience, cover both technical and non-technical roles, and contribute to employer branding initiatives across public platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit preferred).
• Proven ability to build targeted Boolean strings and source passive talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates across job boards, networks, social media and referrals.
• Review resumes, assess qualifications and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and track all stages in the hiring process.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber talent, managing applicant pipelines, coordinating candidate assessments, and maintaining efficient hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit). You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience and fulfill technical and non-technical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Proactively identify and source prospective candidates across job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), social media, and employee referral channels.

Screening & Pipeline Management: Review resumes, evaluate applications against role specifications, and run initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, salary expectations, and culture fit.

Boolean & Advanced Search: Construct complex Boolean search strings to source passive and niche talent within IT Services, AI, and healthcare technology.

Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and track candidate interviews across all stages, ensuring smooth communication between applicants and internal hiring managers.

ATS Operations: Maintain data accuracy, update hiring pipelines, and track recruitment metrics within Zoho Recruit.

Candidate Relationship Management: Deliver a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-offer discussions, formal offer roll-outs, and initial document collection to ensure seamless onboarding.

Employer Branding & Strategy: Represent the company's culture, mission, and growth opportunities on public hiring platforms.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate or agency talent acquisition (preferably within IT Services, Software, or Technology sectors).

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit preferred) and talent databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster).

Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to build targeted Boolean strings and source passive talent.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, scheduling, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

AI Leadership: Work at the forefront of AI and Agentictechnology.
