OGS, Omnicom's Integrated Solutions Engine, Hyderabad/Bangalore, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support onshore recruiting. You will build pipelines, source via multiple channels, and manage interview scheduling to ensure quick turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Self-directed, quick study, detail oriented, follow through, resourceful, client service oriented.
• Comfort with systems/technology – HRIS, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interview requests daily.
• Lead and monitor the interview scheduling process.
• Provide an awe-inspiring candidate experience.
• Organize candidates’ data (resumes, assignments, contact details) in internal databases.
• Support HR projects, analytics, social media efforts, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Outreach to qualified candidates to build pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates throughout process with timely updates.
• Assist onboarding to ensure smooth transition.
• Maintain employee forms in records using Atrium (Worksuite) and other systems.
• Create and distribute HR data reports as needed.

Role Overview :

We have an exciting role of Talent Acquisition Analyst to support Omnicom agencies onshore recruiting team to place qualified candidates with a quick turnaround. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective sourcing and recruitment process. You will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for Omnicom Agencies’ current and future staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling high-volume number of interview requests daily.
• Leading and monitoring the interview scheduling process
• Providing an awe-inspiring candidate experience
• Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
• Helping with specialty projects, talent acquisition analytics, our social media efforts, and other HR focused projects that will directly contribute to OHG's success.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach to qualified candidates we are interested in engaging with for potential roles to establish a pipeline
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires have a smooth transition
• Maintain and file employee forms in employee records through use of Atrium (Worksuite) and other file management.
• Create and distribute scheduled reports on HR data to various client groups as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR or Recruiting function
• Self-directed, quick study, detail oriented, follow through, resourceful, client service oriented both within HR team and employees
• Comfort with systems/technology – not afraid to practice and learn –HRIS, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
