• Attention to detail, consistency in craftsmanship, and an eye for fabric, drape, and construction quality.
• Experience working with dresses or women’s apparel, preferably in a boutique or premium fashion environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple orders, and meet agreed timelines.
• Basic understanding of garment care, fabric properties, and safe use of sewing equipment.
• Prior professional tailoring experience or vocational training in fashion, apparel design, or related fields is an advantage.
