Job description

We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, build insightful dashboards, automate workflows, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, stories, and reports.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, datasets, dataflows, and paginated reports.
• Develop Power Apps applications to support business processes and integrate with data sources.
• Create end‑to‑end workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud data platforms, and Excel/CSV.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual design best practices.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across BI platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or BI Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data Modeling)
• Power Apps (Canvas apps, Model‑driven apps)
• Power Automate (Flows and Integrations)
• Strong SQL skills (joins, stored procedures, data modeling).
• Experience with ETL processes and connecting to various data sources.
• Good understanding of data visualization principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL).
• Knowledge of Python or R for data processing.
• Experience with version control (Git).
