Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive BI Developer/Team Lead with strong expertise in dashboard development, performance optimization, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing scalable reporting solutions, revamping existing dashboards, and leading a team while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Build new LOD (Level of Detail) dashboards and reporting solutions based on business requirements.
• Revamp existing dashboards to improve usability, user experience, performance, and visual appeal.
• Define and implement appropriate Levels of Detail (LOD) for metrics, KPIs, drill-down capabilities, and reporting views.
• Optimize dashboard and report performance to ensure efficient data processing and user experience.
• Implement and manage User Group Security and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
• Lead project discussions, planning activities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
