Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to lead design, development, and optimization of dashboards that drive strategic decisions. The role demands strong technical leadership and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Based in MTIC, the candidate will partner with procurement/manufacturing teams, own data models and governance, mentor juniors, and ensure scalable, high-quality visual analytics across enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Tableau development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud.
• Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle).
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles and UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
