Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Functional Analyst in Bengaluru to leverage 8–10 years of T24 Temenos experience to cover the full securities lifecycle across order capture, trade execution, settlement, custody and position management.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, and Structured Products, with strong front-to-back office process understanding. You will bridge business and IT teams, propose process improvements, and support SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in T24 Temenos.
• Strong functional knowledge of Securities lifecycle covering order capture, trade execution, settlement, custody and position management.
• Hands-on experience in Equities, Fixed Income products and Structured Products (e.g., ELN, DCI).
• Good understanding of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office flows in private banking wealth management setups.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end functional solutioning for Securities changes and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into T24 functional designs and parameter configurations.
• Hands-on experience in SIT/UAT support, defect triage and production issue resolution (L2/L3).
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management and environment promotion; Agile/Scrum experience.
