Job summary

Luxoft in Chennai hires Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on enhancements and transformations across the Temenos landscape.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system analysis, documentation, testing, training, and end-user support for core banking operations. Collaborative delivery with distributed stakeholders in a mature banking environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of working experience.
• In depth working experience in Securities/Lending module within T24 (R20 and above).
• Provide clear and concise Solution documentation.
• Facilitate/conduct training as necessary.
• Responsible for creation and defining solution specification based on business requirement.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders/DEV/QA and help to come out with Test strategy/Plan.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business stakeholders to document processes and requirements for core banking operations.
• Analyse existing systems to identify improvements and establish solution directions.
• Evaluate core banking systems with emphasis on Temenos T24; translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, specs, and system configurations.
• Develop and execute test plans; work with QA to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements related to core banking operations.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• System Analysis:
• Evaluate and analyse core banking systems, with a preference for experience in Temenos products.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the translation of business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Documentation:
• Create detailed and clear documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and changes.
• Work with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and upgrades.
