Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. in Bangalore seeks a seasoned T24 Functional Product Analyst (Core) to translate business requirements into functional specs and support T24 implementations across banking modules.

You will analyze BRDs, conduct walkthroughs, review SIT test documents, and produce SDLC artefacts while collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure smooth project delivery. 5+ years of Temenos T24 experience, strong banking domain knowledge, and willingness to visit the MGS office are

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking systems.
• Strong functional domain knowledge: customer, accounts, tax, charges, and accounting concepts.
• Exposure to deal bookings in LD, AA, Forex, MD and LC modules.
• Hands-on with parameters and configurations including TAABS.
• Experience in implementation projects with user-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
• Based in Bangalore and able to visit the MGS office when required.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, design functional specifications, and support T24 implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Functional Analysis & Documentation: analyse BRD and translate to FSD/HLSD.

• Create product-based POC documents for business users when requested.

• Produce SDLC artefacts including specifications, layouts, diagrams, and manuals.
• BAU support for branches including troubleshooting and QA; collaborate with IT and business.

As a T24 Functional Product Analyst, you will analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide expert support across T24 modules. You will collaborate with IT and business teams, review test cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery of functional solutions aligned with banking processes.

System Support & Impact Analysis

• Provide functional clarifications on T24 modules to users.
• Conduct system impact analysis and support solution design.
• Support technical specification design and SIT testing.
• Produce SDLC artefacts including specifications, layouts, diagrams, and manuals.
• Provide BAU support for branches including troubleshooting and QA.
• Collaborate with partners across IT and business groups.
• Support deployment and adaptation for implementation projects.

Experience

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking systems.
• You have strong functional domain knowledge in customer, accounts, tax, charges, and accounting concepts.
• You have exposure to deal bookings in LD, AA, Forex, MD, and LC modules.
• You have hands‑on experience setting up parameters and configurations including TAABS.
• You have experience in implementation projects with user‑facing roles.
• You have strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
• You are preferably based in Bangalore and able to visit the MGS office when required.
• You have proven ability to analyse requirements, design functional specifications, and support T24 implementations.
• You have strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Technical Expertise

• You have skills in AutoForm/eNotify, Temenos Analytics, and test automation (advantageous).
• You have knowledge of T24 accounting, limits, and core modules.
• You have understanding of T24 architecture, version upgrades, and updates.
• You have strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• You have experience in full SDLC.
