Job summary

Luxoft India is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support Temenos Transact (T24) initiatives for a global bank, covering securities, custody, trading, funds, and regulatory reporting. You will translate business needs into actionable designs and lead documentation and validation across several domains.

Role requires strong analytical skills, experience with large multi-system environments, and collaboration with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT, and external providers to ensure

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in Banking / Capital Markets / Securities.
• Strong domain knowledge across securities, custody, trading, funds, tax, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) implementations or enhancements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in complex, multi-system environments; familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technology by translating requirements into functional specs and designs.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation across domains.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and impact assessments.
• Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT, and external providers.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, accounting, and audit requirements.
• Domain responsibilities across Securities Processing & Custody, Trading, and Funds.
• Analyze securities processing and custody operations, cash accounts, and corporate actions.
• Support trading lifecycle: trade capture, settlements, clearing; SSI & counterparty management.

Job description

We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global universal bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives.

The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape.

Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

Working location: Bangalore or Chennai

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation across securities, trading, funds, custody, and reporting domains
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and impact assessments
• Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and production readiness
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT, and external solution providers
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, accounting, and audit requirements

Requirements
