Qualifications

6–12 years of hands-on AWS DevOps and Kubernetes experience.
Proficient in IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
Experience designing multi-account AWS environments with Control Tower.
Skilled in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Strong scripting: Python, Shell/Bash, YAML/JSON.
Knowledge of AWS security services and IAM best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native DevOps pipelines on AWS.
Build secure, scalable AWS foundations with IaC and automated provisioning.
Configure auto-scaling, high availability, and disaster recovery for AWS infra.
Manage containerized deployments with EKS, Docker, and Git-based workflows.
Implement observability and monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in RCA activities.

Your Work Profile

6-12 Years of Strong hands-on experience withAWS DevOps and Kubernetes provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.

Experience in designing and implementing AWS Landing Zones, multi-account environments, and secure cloud foundations using AWS Organizations and Control Tower.

Hands-on experience configuring auto-scaling, auto-provisioning, high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure.

Strong experience with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, containerization using Docker, and cloud-native application deployments.

Experience designing and managing AWS networking components including VPC, subnets, route tables, Internet/NAT Gateways, Transit Gateway, VPC Peering, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using YAML/JSON, Shell/Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of AWS security and identity services, including IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and least-privilege access.

Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability using Amazon CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues and participate in incident management and RCA activities.
