Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across ERP, Digital Commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, and data platforms in Bengaluru. You will work with REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns, building scalable, secure connectivity across the enterprise landscape.

The role requires hands-on experience with iPaaS and middleware, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reusable integration assets and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, middleware development, or integration consulting.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, or similar technologies.
• Strong expertise in REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML, messaging, and data transformation.
• Experience with event-driven, asynchronous, and microservices-based integration patterns.
• Knowledge of EDI/B2B standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or similar is preferred.
• Experience integrating ERP applications with cloud, SaaS, and third-party systems.
• SAP integration experience is desirable.
• Understanding of API management, security, monitoring, and operational support.
• Experience with Commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, PIM, Supply Chain, or Data platform integrations preferred.
• Retail, Consumer Products, Fashion, or Omnichannel transformation experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and application integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations using middleware, iPaaS, API management, and event-driven technologies.
• Build integrations across ERP, Commerce, OMS, POS, CRM, PIM/PLM, Data, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Workforce applications.
• Develop and consume REST, SOAP, and OData APIs, as well as event and message-based integrations.
• Implement data mappings, transformations, orchestration, routing, and business rules.
• Develop EDI/B2B integrations with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and external partners.
• Design and support file-based and batch integrations where required.
• Configure integration security, authentication, certificates, and secure connectivity protocols.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
• Develop reusable integration assets aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Create interface specifications, mapping documents, and technical documentation.
• Support unit testing, SIT, E2E, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with application, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Provide integration consulting support and recommend best practices for scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

Role Summary
