Qualifications

• Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications within SLA timelines.

Job Description

• Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activitiesacross supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines.
• Investigate and resolve routine patching issues.
• Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectivesby monitoring assigned remediation tickets, tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following established governance processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting, updating remediation status, documenting outcomes, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiativesby identifying recurring issues, work on automation and enhancements, and maintaining patching procedures and knowledge documentation.
