Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Systems Engineering Specialist – MDM & Endpoint in Noida to deliver advanced MDM and endpoint services, with responsibility for L2/L3 support and project execution.

You will manage devices across Windows, iOS, Android and macOS using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools, including MEM, MAM, and MCM policies, enrollments and security configurations.

A solid ITIL background and strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.
• Experience in MDM and Endpoint environments with L2/L3 support and project execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• MDM & Endpoint Management: Support MDM and Endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools; manage devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS; support MEM, MAM, MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.
• Operations & Support: Provide L1/L2/L3 support; troubleshoot device, application and policy issues; conform to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Implementation & Projects: Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding; assist with Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management; assist with automation, documentation and reporting.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with team and cross-functional teams; maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles; provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

MDM & Endpoint Management

• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.
• Manage and support devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.
• Support MEM, MAM, MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.

Operations & Support

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support based on role scope for endpoint and mobility services.
• Troubleshoot device, application, and policy-related issues.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Implementation & Projects

• Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding activities.
• Execute tasks related to Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.
• Assist with automation, documentation, and reporting activities.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
