Job summary

Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Systems Intern to support our corporate services department in ensuring smooth IT operations. You will help diagnose system issues, implement solutions, and train non-IT staff in new processes.

The role offers exposure to M365 admin Suite, IT security infrastructure, and opportunities for paid internship after 3 months or permanent employment. Remote/Hybrid/In-Office work arrangements are possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ months commitment required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT operations.
• Diagnose IT system problems and identify inefficiencies and weaknesses and improve them.
• Implement technological solutions to meet business objectives.
• Analyze and implement IT security infrastructure.
• Train non-IT staff to use new IT systems.
• Prepare reports on the efficacy of technology in use.
• Interact with internal and external clients to identify process improvements.
• Manage system credentials and security.
• Train clients with new IT practices and improve processes as per business requirements.
• Help plan, design, and implement new IT operational processes.
• Report to and assist the manager with updates as per business needs.
