Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Marketing (Sponsorships) Intern/Trainee to generate leads and secure sponsorships for partners PAN India.

The role offers remote work with an incentive basis for the first 3 months, followed by a fixed salary and commission based on performance. You will use MS Office and CRM tools to manage leads and client communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willing to work on an incentive basis for initial 3 months.
• Relevant internship experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles along with customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ambitious, Adaptive, Proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting ages 18-30.
• Execute lead generation strategies through channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media and events.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with leads and progress.
• Pre-sponsorship outbound calling.
• Engage with potential clients to understand needs and requirements.
• Present offerings and resolve queries to showcase value.
• Build strong relationships to convert prospects into customers.
• Close sales deals effectively.
• Post-sponsorship engagement: follow up to ensure satisfaction and address issues.

Job Overview:

The Sales & Marketing (Sponsorships) Intern/Trainee will be responsible vis-a-vis Sponsorships for generating leads, getting sponsorships with companies and institutions. This role requires an ambitious, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, who can develop trust with the companies and institutions. Revenues generated from Sponsorships would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for getting Sponsorships:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals in the age group of 18-30 years
• Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads
• Pre-Sponsorship Outbound calling
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Present offerings and query resolution to showcase the value of our offerings
• Getting Sponsorships: Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers
• Close sales deals effectively
• Post-Sponsorship Engagement: Follow up with the clients post-sponsorship to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
