Ideal candidates hold a graduate engineering degree and have 20+ years of experience, with 15+ years in relevant rail projects.

Responsibilities

• T&C Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive Commissioning Management Plan and ITP.
• Integrated Testing Oversight: Lead System Integration Tests ensuring end-to-end functionality.
• Trial Run Leadership: Direct large-scale trial runs and service drills for operation readiness.
• Safety & Compliance: Liaise with ISA and CMRS to secure Safety Certificate for commercial ops.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of System Integrated Testing & Commissioning Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• T&C Strategy & Planning: Developing the overarching Commissioning Management Plan and Integrated Testing Plan (ITP) to synchronize Signaling, Rolling Stock, Traction, and Communication.

• Integrated Testing Oversight: Leading "System Integration Tests" (SIT) to verify end-to-end functionality, such as ensuring the platform screen doors synchronize perfectly with train arrivals.

• Trial Run Leadership: Directing full-scale trial runs and "Service Drills" to simulate emergency scenarios and validate the railway’s performance under operational conditions.

• Safety & Compliance: Serving as the lead liaison for the Independent Safety Assessor (ISA) and the CMRS to secure the final Safety Certificate for commercial operations.
