Alstom in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an engineer to lead IE activities for bids and projects in Mainline and Urban Signalling installations. You’ll prepare drawings, specifications and BoQ, support field teams, and review civil interface drawings to ensure conformity with as-installed configurations.
The role requires an engineering degree, 4+ years in AutoCAD activities, and strong English and MS Office proficiency.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation Engineering (IE) activities, contributing to transformative projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering teams, BIM team, Core Team, Project Operations Team), liaise with external partners (vendors, suppliers, contractors), and ensure compliance with EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and executing IE activities such as drawings, documentation, specifications, and work method statements, but also support field teams and conduct site surveys during preparation and execution phases.
