Job summary

Antal International Bengaluru is seeking a HVAC controls engineer with hands-on PLC programming experience to design, develop, and troubleshoot control systems for chillers, AHUs, pumps and cooling towers.

You will integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS, verify sensor and actuator networks, and participate in testing, commissioning and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming for HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Experience with HVAC controls and system integration.
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, VFDs and control sequences.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC control logic for HVAC systems.
• Design and implement control sequences for chillers, AHUs, pumps and cooling towers.
• Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS and other control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot sensors, pressure/flow controls and field devices.
• Participate in system integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable control solutions.
• Prepare and maintain control logic, system documentation and technical specifications.

Job description

• Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Control Logic Development
• Experience with HVAC / Refrigeration Controls
• Experience in HVAC system integration

• Exposure to BMS/DDC and communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus will be an added advantage
