Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks a Zoho platform administrator to oversee CRM, Books, Desk and Recruit, and to drive the NetSuite-to-Zoho migration. You will manage users, permissions, security settings and integrations, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

You will build automations, dashboards and MIS reports while keeping documentation current and supporting end users in a dynamic migration environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Zoho administration/ERP/CRM experience.
• Hands-on Zoho configuration, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Experience with data migration and system integration.
• Degree in CS/IT/IS/Software Eng/BCA or related technical field.
• NetSuite exposure is an advantage; Deluge, Zoho Flow and low-code tools preferred.
• Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily work.

Our org is moving its business systems from NetSuite to Zoho. This position needs specialized knowledge of Zoho platform across CRM, Books, Desk and Recruit, and helps carry the migration through.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Administer Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Recruit and new Zoho apps as they are added.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, security settings and application access.
• Maintain integrations, APIs and data flows between Zoho and other systems.
• Support the NetSuite to Zoho migration, including data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and reliability, and fix technical issues.
• Build automation, dashboards and MIS reports, keep documentation current and support users.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years in Zoho administration, ERP or CRM systems, or business applications.
• Strong hands-on work with Zoho configuration, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Experience with data migration and system integration.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, BCA or a related technical field.
