Job summary

ZoChord is seeking a Zoho Developer to design, build, and maintain custom solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. You will implement Deluge scripts, automate workflows, and integrate Zoho with external systems to support business processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands‑on Zoho experience, strong problem‑solving, and excellent communication skills. Work will primarily involve on‑site development in Hyderabad, India, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years hands‑on experience with Zoho platform (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books).
• Proficiency with Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator workflows, and automation tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations between Zoho and external systems.
• Good understanding of database concepts and data handling.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Zoho platform (CRM, Creator, Books).
• Design, implement, and test Deluge scripts for workflow automation, data migration, and custom features.
• Integrate Zoho apps with third‑party services using Zoho REST APIs and webhooks.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and end‑users to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and perform upgrades or enhancements from user feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain best practices in coding and configuration.

A Zoho Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions using Zoho's suite of business applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. Key duties include customising modules, creating and automating workflows, integrating Zoho with third-party systems, and providing technical support and troubleshooting.

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Zoho platform, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho suite products.
• Design, implement, and test Deluge scripts for workflow automation, data migration, integration, and other custom features.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party services using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and suggest solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and perform application upgrades or enhancements based on user feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation for solutions and maintain best practices in coding and application configuration.
  

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ hands‑on experience working with the Zoho platform (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).
  
• Proficiency with Deluge scripting language, Zoho Creator workflows, and automation tools.
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations between Zoho and external systems.
  
• Good understanding of database concepts and data handling.
  
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of business processes such as sales, marketing, or finance, especially as they relate to CRM implementations.
