Job summary

Qualifications

• In- depth knowledge of Windows OS and Linux (Centos, RedHat, OracleLinux, Ubuntu).
• 6-8 years professional systems maintenance experience in Windows & Linux OS including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows & Linux servers including performance tuning, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
• Proven experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting Linux/Windows on various hardware & in virtualized environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
• Maintain SAN storage technologies and server environments.
• Work with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V/VMware and cloud platforms like Azure/OCI.
• Monitor, manage and secure infrastructure using tools like Nagios or Zenoss.
• Script to automate regular operational tasks and perform backups/restorations.
