Job summary

Softtech Engineers in Pune seeks a Lead System Administrator to manage application deployment, infrastructure, and operations across Production, UAT, and Development. The role requires 5-10+ years of experience and hands-on expertise with Windows/Linux, IIS/NGINX/Apache, and cloud/container tech.

You will deploy and manage Docker containers, AKS, and Azure, monitor health with PRTG/Grafana, handle L2/L3 incidents, automate tasks with PowerShell/Shell, and support CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Enterprise production environment management experience essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership in critical deployments.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and DevOps practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, upgrades, patching, and maintenance across Production, UAT, and Development environments.
• Administer IIS, NGINX, and Apache web servers and support .NET, Java, and Python-based applications.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, including performance optimization, security hardening, patch management, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage Docker containers, Kubernetes (AKS), and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
