Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a hands-on team responsible for cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and platform reliability in Pune.

The ideal candidate will drive IaC with Terraform, manage Docker/Kubernetes environments, and optimize cloud costs while ensuring security and observability across production systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with shell/bash scripting.
• Experience across AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficient in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid Linux administration, networking, and cloud security.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Linux administration, Git, networking, IAM, and cloud security.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Python scripting experience.
• Cloud / Kubernetes / Terraform certifications.
• Experience with SRE, observability, high-availability architecture, and cloud cost optimization.
