Job summary

POST A RESUME HR Consultancy is seeking a qualified System Admin in Vadodara, India, to ensure optimal performance of our software systems. Responsibilities include maintaining security measures, providing IT support, and managing hardware and software upgrades.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or IT, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for 5 days a week.

• Have a reliable backup and recovery plan for data in place.

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security measures.
• Provide basic IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting software issues.

• To have a reliable backup and recovery plan for data in place.

Responsibilities

System Admin should have good analytical and logical skills, good communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft products, operating systems, hardware, telecommunication equipment, and other widely used software applications.

• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security measures.
• All other IT related activities like upgrade, hardware replacement, telecommunication to be managed efficiently.
• Provide basic IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting software issues and answering basic technical questions.
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades and replacements.
• Participate in system monitoring and performance analysis.
