Job summary

Indovance Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network security. You will troubleshoot complex issues, administer user accounts and Group Policies, and maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness.

The role requires hands-on PowerShell, DNS/DHCP, and monitoring of health and performance. You will collaborate with vendors and support teams to ensure a reliable, secure IT environment and strong business

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID is required.
• Knowledge of network security, backups, and DR planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backup systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, infrastructure, and user access-related issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, system updates, and backup processes.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT assets and ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement activities.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
• Ensure business continuity through regular backup verification and disaster recovery preparedness.
