Job summary

Noventiq is seeking a System Administrator - HRIS to join our Global IT Team in Mumbai. The role focuses on providing technical support for the HRIS platform, with a specialization in Darwin box, and ensuring data integrity and smooth onboarding of new employees.

You will troubleshoot issues, train users, and collaborate with IT and vendors on maintenance and upgrades, while generating reports to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• Experience supporting HRIS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
