Job summary

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is seeking an HRIS Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to manage and optimize our Darwinbox HRIS. The role partners with HR and IT to deliver scalable HR technology solutions and drive accurate data management.

You will configure workflows, maintain security, and support Core HR, Payroll, and Talent modules, ensuring data integrity and insightful HR analytics. The position offers a collaborative culture, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR technology roles.
• Hands-on experience administering Darwinbox HRIS.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience working with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Darwinbox, handling configuration, workflows, security, and system maintenance.
• Support end-to-end HR processes across Core HR, Payroll, Performance, Talent, and Employee Self-Service modules.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validations, and reporting.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations and documentation.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system adoption.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst with 45 years of experience and strong hands-on Darwinbox administration expertise to manage, enhance, and support our HR systems. The role will partner closely with HR and IT teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for Darwinbox, handling configuration, workflows, security, and system maintenance
