Hexad Infosoft in Bengaluru (BTM Layout) is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networks, and end-user systems. With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience, you will join our growing IT team to maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our internal IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and cloud services.

About the Role

Hexad is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, networks, and end-user systems. With 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience, you will join our growing IT team to maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our internal IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and cloud services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in both Windows and macOS environments, cloud administration (Office 365), network security (firewalls), and hardware/software asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• User & Identity Management: Administer and manage Office 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure AD/Entra ID. This includes user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, access controls, license management, and security configurations.
• Device Management & Troubleshooting: Provide L1/L2 and Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware, peripherals, desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Deploy, configure, and manage corporate mobile devices and laptops using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or equivalent).
• Network & Security: Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, office networking equipment, and firewalls. Ensure secure remote access (VPN), network segmentation, and adherence to security best practices.
• Server & Endpoint Administration: Manage on-premises and cloud-based servers, ensuring high availability, routine patching, backups, and disaster recovery readiness. Maintain antivirus solutions and endpoint security.
• Asset Management: Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Documentation: Create and update IT standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and network diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration role.
• Proven administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, Windows (10/11), and macOS.
• Solid understanding of networking and security: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and day-to-day firewall administration.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing devices via an MDM platform (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro).
• Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM) tools and inventory tracking methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Apple Certified Support Professional).
• Experience scripting (PowerShell or Python) for automation tasks.
• Experience supporting business users in a corporate environment.
