Job summary

Axis My India Limited, India’s leading consumer data intelligence company, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows and Linux servers, AD services, and network security across its org-wide IT estate. The role covers virtualization, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), collaboration tools, and end-user support.

You will oversee FortiGate firewall configurations, NAS/SAN storage, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Intune administration.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux servers.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
• Experience with network design, security, and VPNs.
• Proficient in VMware virtualization and Veeam backups.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 suite and Azure AD/Intune.
• Experience managing IT assets, licenses, and vendor coordination.
• Support end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows/Linux server environments, including patches and upgrades.
• Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, file servers and group policies.
• Maintain network connectivity and security across LAN/WAN/VLAN.
• Administer FortiGate firewalls and VPN access.
• Oversee virtualization with VMware and backups with Veeam.
• Administer NAS/SAN storage and file permissions.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune.
• Provide L1/L2 end-user support and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Support business apps (Tally Server/Client, etc.) and cloud services.

• Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, including AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Cost Explorer.
• Provide technical support to users and maintain good communication, coordination, and issue resolution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Group Policies
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, wireless access points, and network connectivity.
• Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall.
• Manage VMware/Virtualization, Veeam Backup
• Manage NAS/SAN storage, Samba Server and access permissions.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
• Manage Sophos Endpoint Security and InDefend,
• Provide L1/L2 end‑user support for desktops, laptops, Windows, applications, email clients, printers, VPN, network, hardware, software, and access‑related issues. Handle user onboarding/offboarding
• Manage GitHub and Jira Administration,
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers, switches, network devices, CCTV, IP-PBX/EPABX, and other IT infrastructure.
