Job summary

ATAIN is seeking a Server Manager in Gurugram to own Windows Server and identity infrastructure, AD, and cloud integrations. The role focuses on on‑prem to cloud migration, SSO/SAML implementations, and validation of security tooling across data center operations.

The ideal candidate will drive hands-on administration of Azure AD, Office 365, virtualization platforms (VMware), and network security services, ensuring high availability in a work‑from‑office setup.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the listed technologies and related networking/security concepts.
• Experience in data center operations and cloud integration would be beneficial.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows Server, AD, and security tooling is expected.

Responsibilities

• This is an individual contributor role.
• Manage infrastructure services including AD, DNS, DHCP, and identity/SSO/SAML integrations.
• Oversee on-prem to cloud migration and hybrid cloud operations.
• Coordinate with security and networking to maintain uptime and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• This is a individual contributor role
• Strong Hands-On experience on the following technologies but not limited to
• Azure Active Directory , DHCP , DNS , Data center
• Office 365, SSO and SAML integration
• Virtualization & Hosting (VMware, Hypervisor)
• Zscaler & Netskope (Good to have )
• On Prem to cloud migration
• MDM Tools (Good to have )

Azure AD Azure AD Connect, Application registration, SSO integration, Password hash and pass thru, P1 & P2 benefits, WVD, VPN and ExpressRoute

MS AD User and device management, Group Policy, upgrade
Aware of basic networking concepts like subnetting, VLAN

Zscaler – Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups
Fortinet SASE-FortiSASE clouddelivered security, SDWAN, Zero Trust, and integration with hybrid cloud environments. Roles often combine networking and cybersecurity responsibilities, requiring handson Fortinet product experience, cloud adoption skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Netskope-Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups
Backup – Dell EMC networker and Backup exec backup and restoration
Security – Microsoft Purview and Defender
Cisco Nutanix-managing, supporting, and optimizing Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), including Acropolis (AOS), Prism, and virtualization platforms administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and automation
Windows – In-place or side to side upgrade, security hardening, study event log,
BCM Client management and Helix– Patching, remote support, discovery, monitoring
