Job summary

HTC Global Services in Chennai is seeking a SysOps AD specialist with 6 years of experience to manage on-prem AD and Azure AD environments, including provisioning, migrations, and security policy enforcement.

You will use PowerShell for identity tasks, monitor AD health, and document changes in ServiceNow while coordinating with IT ops.

Responsibilities

• Execute user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, group membership changes, and password resets in AD and Azure AD.
• Monitor AD replication, DNS health, and basic Azure AD Connect sync issues.
• Enforce MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access policies via the Azure portal.
• Assist with Azure AD tenant-to-tenant migrations using Quest Migration Manager.
• Document changes in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB records.

About the Role

We are looking for a SysOps AD with 6 years of experience supporting on-prem AD and Azure AD environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, group membership changes, and password resets in AD and Azure AD.
• Tech Stack Required: Windows Server AD (2012-2019), Azure AD Premium P1/P2, Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, Hybrid Join, Quest Migration Manager, PowerShell, Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, PIM, DHCP, DFS, Print Services
• Monitor AD replication, DNS health, and basic Azure AD Connect sync issues.
• Enforce MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access policies via the Azure portal.
• Assist with Azure AD tenant-to-tenant migrations of users and groups using Quest Migration Manager.
• Document changes in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB records.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in PowerShell for identity management tasks.
• Familiarity with Quest Migration Manager for Azure AD migrations.
• Good to have: M365 & Intune exposure
