Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support the Active Directory environment for a client onsite in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities include AD DS management, Azure Entra ID hybrid identity, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell automation; collaborate in a matrix organization and handle a high volume of incidents. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Active Directory administration and AD DS.
• Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Knowledge of AD FS, federation, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, domain trusts, and replication.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Familiarity with MFA, Conditional Access, and access governance.
• Experience in ITIL-based support and ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
