Job summary

Cortex Consultants LLC in Hyderabad is seeking a SysOps AD engineer to manage Windows AD and Azure AD environments, implement MFA and Conditional Access policies, and handle daily identity tasks.

You will monitor AD replication, DNS health, and perform Azure AD Connect sync checks, while assisting with tenant migrations using Quest Migration Manager and documenting changes in ServiceNow CMDB.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience supporting on-prem AD and Azure AD environments.
• Proficient in PowerShell for identity management tasks.
• Familiarity with Quest Migration Manager for Azure AD migrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, group membership changes, and password resets in AD and Azure AD.
• Monitor AD replication, DNS health, and basic Azure AD Connect sync issues.
• Enforce MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access policies via the Azure portal.
• Assist with Azure AD tenant-to-tenant migrations of users and groups using Quest Migration Manager.
• Document changes in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB records.
