Job summary

Cortex Consulting P Ltd is seeking a SysOps AD (Windows AD & Azure AD Engineer) to manage on-premises AD and Azure AD environments from Hyderabad. You will handle provisioning, password resets, group changes, and contribute to secure access policies.

The role demands expertise in PowerShell, AD replication, DNS health, and around-the-clock support for hybrid identity setups, including Intune and M365 components.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience supporting on-prem AD and Azure AD environments.
• Proficient in PowerShell for identity management tasks.
• Familiarity with Quest Migration Manager for Azure AD migrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute user lifecycle tasks: provisioning, group membership changes, and password resets in AD and Azure AD.
• Monitor AD replication, DNS health, and basic Azure AD Connect sync issues.
• Enforce MFA, SSPR, and Conditional Access policies via the Azure portal.
• Assist with Azure AD tenant-to-tenant migrations of users and groups using Quest Migration Manager.
• Document changes in ServiceNow and maintain CMDB records.
