Job summary

JITO in Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking a full-time HSE manager to ensure plant safety and compliance. The role includes advising on technical queries, conducting risk assessments, and reviewing safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing plant safety, leading industrial hygiene programs, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Strong leadership in safety committees is also required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Plant HSE with Zero Safety, Health Incidents and Zero Environmental show cause Notices.
• Act as advisor to GM/ DGM(Mfg.) related to HSE Technical queries.
• Conduct Risk Assessment to workplace activities and ensure low risks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Plant HSE with Zero Safety, Health Incidents and Zero Environmental show cause Notices.
• To be as advisor to GM/ DGM(Mfg.) related to HSE Technical queries
• Track Legal Register / Compliance Calendar and report to GM/ DGM(Mfg.)
• Conduct Risk Assessment to Work place activity and ensure the risk are low
• Review HSE SOP’s and Safety Manual timely along with legal requirements changes.
• To be well proficient in Process Safety and its PSM elements. To take Lead in Programs of MOC, PSSR, PSI, HAZOP, MI, Incident Management, Trainings etc
• To be well-versed in Regulatory requirements - Factory rules, PESO rules, Environmental Protections rules, CEA rules, MSIHC rules, MAH (CIMAH) rules, NBC code etc.
• Well experienced in handling Plants Safety during Plant Shutdowns and Brownfield projects
• To be proficient in conducting and leading Industrial Hygiene Programs.
• Provide Safety Improvement suggestions( KAIZEN) to improve Plant Safety
• Ensure the Plant Safety committee and Environmental Cell committee is conducted timely as per legal requirement
