Job summary

PI Industries Ltd. in Gurgaon seeks a Sustainability & Governance Representative to support ESG assessment and governance initiatives within Risk & Compliance. You will help monitor regulatory developments and prepare executive reports on sustainability matters for senior leadership.

The role focuses on implementing environmental strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive responsible governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as compliance manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support in the environment, sustainability and governance related assessment.
• Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.
• Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
• Ensure complying with the annual budgets.
• Engage with the stakeholders and work on company’s future outlook, present stability, and environmental impact.
• Provide support to all leaders in developing, implementing and monitoring company or organisational environmental strategies.

Position Purpose

Position shall support in the ESG Assessment and activities related to sustainability and governance.

Strategic Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Support in the environment, sustainability and governance related assessment.
• Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.
