Job summary

Coforge is seeking a seasoned Global EHS, Sustainability & Compliance leader to drive regulatory adherence, sustainability initiatives, and governance across its worldwide sites.

The role focuses on strengthening EHS systems, leading ISO 14001/45001/50001 programs, and advancing ESG projects with cross-functional teams. Candidates should bring extensive audit experience and a track record of continuous improvement in a multi-location setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001/45001/50001 preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the global EHS management system across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, health, safety, fire, and building regulations.
• Drive ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 compliance, audits, certifications, and continuous improvements.
• Manage internal and external audits, track corrective actions, and ensure audit readiness.
• Support and execute sustainability and ESG initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint management.
• Lead EHS digitalization, process standardization, automation, and transformation projects.
• Establish governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and monitor compliance controls.
• Oversee compliance calendars, permits, inspections, and regulatory submissions across locations.
• Partner with Facilities, HR, Security, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to drive compliance and safety objectives.
• Deliver training programs, emergency drills, awareness campaigns, and best-practice initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
