Job summary

Talents Tuner & Businesses in Delhi seeks a seasoned Sustainability Consultant to lead sustainable building strategies for MEP projects, and to conduct comprehensive energy, water, carbon and environmental assessments.

You will perform energy modelling, advise on efficiency improvements, and collaborate with MEP, architects and project teams to meet major certification requirements like LEED, IGBC, GRIHA and EDGE.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building design, or MEP consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, energy modelling, carbon reduction, water efficiency, and green building practices.
• Experience with LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE or other sustainability certification frameworks.
• Proficiency in energy modelling/simulation and sustainability assessment tools.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building services and their impact on energy performance.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication and client-management skills.
• Candidates with relevant professional certifications in sustainability/green building will be preferred.
