Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across hospital premises in real-time.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents.
- Ensure continuous surveillance coverage of critical areas such as entry/exit points, ICUs, OTs, and corridors.
- Maintain logs and records of incidents, observations, and daily surveillance reports.
- Coordinate with security staff and management during emergencies or security incidents.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CCTV systems and equipment.
- Report technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for timely resolution.
- Assist in enforcing hospital security policies and procedures.
- Monitor visitor movement and ensure compliance with hospital guidelines.
- Support crowd control and manage high-traffic areas effectively.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of surveillance data.
- Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and emergency situations.
