Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned engineering professional to enable profitable growth of the Busway business by providing technical and commercial expertise. You will guide solution selection, influence offers, and support country teams in delivering competitive and compliant solutions.

You will interface between Front Office and cross-functional stakeholders, drive feasibility assessments, and promote reuse of best practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Busway systems, application engineering, technical support, offer management, or related functions.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments to develop and support customer-specific solutions.
