Job summary

Schneider Electric India seeks a skilled offers professional to drive profitable growth by shaping the offer strategy, optimizing the portfolio against market needs and competition, and ensuring a seamless flow from order to delivery.

You will embed new offer requirements into development roadmaps, align launches, analyse sales and margins, and support local offer managers to improve market knowledge and marketing skills.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Drive profitable growth and market share gain by identifying and executing the winning offer strategy, incorporating
  • Offer portfolio optimization vs market requirements and competition
  • Visibility of Pipeline to establish seemless flow from order to delivery.
  • Revealing untapped sales potential in existing and/or emerging segments & applications
  • Work with operations and design teams to serve special customer requirements
• Embed new offer/feature requirements into offer development roadmaps; contribute to conceptual design and feasibility work
• Align offer roadmaps of new launches and/or substitutions, support launch process
• Evaluate sales and margin performance vs targets, analyze gaps and call for corrective actions in case of deviations
• Support local offer managers to improve their offer and market knowledge and their offer marketing skills
