What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and operational improvement of solutions using Progress DBA, AWS, Progress 4GL, QAD ERP.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Progress DBA, AWS, Progress 4GL, QAD ERP and the ability to apply these skills in enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience leading technical delivery, reviewing solutions, and guiding team members through complex implementation challenges.
• Sound understanding of software or infrastructure lifecycle practices, security, performance, monitoring, and operational support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, security, cloud, and operations teams.
