Job summary

Aditya Birla Group in India is seeking a full-time Diploma holder in Metallurgy or Mechanical to join our metals lab. You will work with extrusion processes and SRS & FRP, applying 2–5 years of practical experience to support testing, calibration, sampling and reporting.

Candidates should be proficient with lab methods, LIMS, microscopy, metallography and spectroscopy, and able to maintain records, calibrate instruments, and communicate clearly with all levels of the workforce to help meet

Qualifications

• Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in extrusion, SRS & FRP.
• Strong knowledge of lab methods, calibration, sampling, and record keeping.

Job description

Candidate should be full-time Diploma in Metallurgy/ Mechanical and having experience in extrusion, SRS & FRP with 2-5 years of experience in Fundamentals of the metals industry laboratory. Candidate should have technical knowledge and understanding of Lab Methods, Instrument Calibration, Sample preparation, Sample cataloging, Test records & Reporting, LIMS, Microscopy, metallography, Spectroscopy, ILC testing, Mechanical Testing, PodFA, Grain Size Measurement. Must have good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce. The candidate should have a working knowledge of manufacturing quality systems. Should be very good in teamwork, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effectively develop within predefined parameters like timeline, production targets, etc.
