Aditya Birla Group is seeking a maintenance engineer with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and manufacturing experience. The role focuses on reducing downtime, managing spares, and developing preventive maintenance plans.

You will also drive improvement projects with knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drives, plus hydraulic/pneumatic systems and coating processes. Candidate should be ready for hands-on troubleshooting, energy conservation practices, and kaizen integration while ensuring ISO-aligned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronic Engineering with manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience in PLC, HMI, Drives programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, anodising and powder coating plants.
• Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, autonomous maintenance and energy conservation.

Candidate should be full time diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation and Electronic Engineers who has experience in manufacturing industry preferably from Aluminium Extrusion. Candidate must have experience in PLC, HMI, Drives Programming and Troubleshooting. They must have knowldge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic Equipments, Anodising and Powder Coating plants. Should have exposure of 5'S, Kaizen, Autonomus maintenance and Energy Conservation

• Knowledge on Process Instruments.


• Troubleshooting and Programming of PCC's, VFD's and HMI.


• Knowldge of calculating MTTR and MTBF.


• Need to maintain documentation as per ISO 9001, IATF etc.
