• Operate in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Monitor production data pipelines and perform incident triage.
• Execute documented runbooks and recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident communications and ticket updates.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 support.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments.
• Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis; perform initial incident triage and severity classification.
• Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context.
