Job summary

NTT DATA in Bengaluru seeks a Sr. Support Engineer (L2) to join our fast-paced production support team. You will monitor data platforms, perform reruns, restarts, backfills and rollbacks, and provide detailed diagnostic information during escalations.

You will work in a 24x7 on-call rotating shifts, troubleshoot across ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI, and validate recovery with data reconciliation to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI in production.
• Ability to operate in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting across data platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms.
• Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery.
• Apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads.

• Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
• Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms
• Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery
• Apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads
• Restore service quickly and safely. Escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required.
• Provide complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details during escalation
